We want you and your furry friends to absolutely love your purchase from Paws Purrs & Pounces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as treats or supplements)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., grooming tools, beds, or toys that have been used)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — because your pet deserves the best.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items
